Convenience Store Managers - in Jane Furse and Apel

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• A tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Business Management or a related field will be advantageous.
• Minimum 35 years' experience managing a convenience store, forecourt retail store, supermarket or FMCG retail environment.
• Previous experience in the fuel retail industry will be highly advantageous.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, GP margins and stock control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of merchandising principles and retail operations.
• Computer literacy with experience using retail POS and stock management systems.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
