Responsible for providing financial and cost accounting support to the company's Mexico-based manufacturing operations.
Under the guidance of the Senior Manager of FP&A the individual in this role actively partners with the Mexico manufacturing team to optimize operational spending, enhance decision making and drive performance.
- Collaborates with MX manufacturing and US Finance organizations to achieve functional and overall company objectives.
- Establishes and maintains efficient MX financial and operational processes to build targets, report results, generate forecasts, analyze variances, review agreements, and establish appropriate controls.
- Develops, maintains, and formats information/data needed to analyze past, current, and future financial/operational performance, headcount, and payroll for the management teams.
