Camino is partnering with a PE-backed, fast-growing financial services platform to appoint a Controller at an exciting inflection point in their growth journey. The business operates in a high-retention, mission-critical segment of the market and is entering an active phase of M&A, making this a rare opportunity to join ahead of significant scale.

This is a senior, high-impact role for a technically strong controller who is equally comfortable running a tight close process as they are rolling up their sleeves on an integration. You'll be a key finance leader in the business, working closely with executive leadership and PE stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process across multiple entities
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
• Leading multi-entity consolidation and ensuring reporting accuracy across the group
