Description
We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting for an insurance industry leader! This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a finance leader who can strengthen reporting accuracy, uphold regulatory compliance, and provide clear financial insight to support business decisions. The role will oversee core accounting functions, guide a high-performing team, and partner with leadership on planning, controls, and performance improvement.


Responsibilities:

• Direct the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycle to ensure timely and accurate reporting across the organization.

• Produce and review corporate and statutory financial statements while maintaining the reliability of the general ledger, reconciliations, and supporting analysis.
