In this critical role reporting to the Corporate Controller, you'll be responsible for the accounting infrastructure necessary for our new banking services. Ideal candidates will have a wealth of experience in regulatory accounting and compliance, along with a keen interest in team collaboration and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create the bank's financial close process and reporting framework
• Collaborate on interest rate risk and ALM reporting
• Ensure comprehensive compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Define data flows and implement core accounting systems
• Manage relationships with external auditors during reviews
