Job Function

To provide operational and administrative support for export shipments within the Road Freight Department by coordinating export movements, preparing and capturing customs documentation and entries, liaising with clients and service providers, and ensuring compliance with customs and transport regulations. The Export Controller is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of export consignments from booking through to final delivery.

Key Performance Areas Export Operations Receive and process export instructions from clients. Ensure export shipments documentation are issued in line with customer requirements and agreed timelines. Assist in resolving operational issues and shipment delays. Customs Entry Processing Prepare, capture, and submit export customs entries accurately and timeously.
