Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Controller to join our real estate development team in Chatsworth, California. This role will oversee the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and deliver timely, accurate reporting to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement, with the ability to support a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
