Our client in the logistics industry is recruiting for a Control Room Operator in Bloemfontein. Candidates who meet the below minimum requirements are invited to apply.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum 2 years' experience in a logistics, transport, fleet management, or control room environment
Computer literate (MS Office, tracking and fleet management systems)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and track fleet movements using vehicle tracking systems
Maintain constant communication with drivers and transport personnel
