Control Reporting Accountant (Xico)

ResponsibilitiesAssist with period‐end close procedures including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and accruals to ensure accuracy of financial statements during period‐end closing, including HFM upload.Collaborate with PepsiCo divisions on various accounting transactions.Prepare and record income tax journal entries.Partner with US Corporate Consolidation Center of Excellence on accounting matters.Analyze balance‐sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.Execute financial reporting for PepsiCo (Smartview / FDM – HFM).
Participate in periodic, quarterly, annual and other required reports by the organization.Generate clear communication with OU, inter‐company counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the SSC.Maintain internal control procedures and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.Support external audit requests.Complete ad‐hoc projects as requested.QualificationsAccounting degree.Excellent verbal and written communicati...
