Control Account Manager (CAM) - Level 3

**Description:** The Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) is seeking a dynamic CAM within the Chief Engineer organization to own and manage the control accounts that support the ongoing modernization and sustainment of the F‑22 and F‑16 fighter programs. The CAM will be the primary point of contact for cost, schedule, and performance data, driving integrated risk management and reporting directly to the F‑22 Chief Engineer Sr. Manager. This role works closely with engineering and program office teams across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Ownership – Manage multiple control accounts representing distinct F‑22 and F‑16 control accounts.
2. Earned Value Management – Forecast cost, funding, and schedule performance using EVM; perform trend analysis and monthly reporting.
