Contracts Manager (1 Year FTC)

Our client, a multinational manufacturing company with group offices situated globally, seeks your contracts experience to take up this one year fixed term contract . You will adhere to the product sourcing strategies and road-maps for the procurement of capital goods and related services to ensure best practice.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage daily capital procurement requirements including drafting contracts, placing orders, pricing, supplier payment and account queries.
• Ensure alignment with the Group Procurement team.
• Scope and source at a global level.
• Plan and execute RFQ and tenders, evaluate tenders and RFQs, prepare and approve RFQ/tender evaluation.
• Develop negotiation strategies and participate in negotiations.
• Drive cost saving initiatives.
• Draft and finalize contracts within the management guidelines and company policy.
