Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Engineer to support the successful execution of EPC projects for ADNOC . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in contract administration, commercial management, and a proven track record of working on ADNOC Oil & Gas projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts in accordance with ADNOC guidelines and project requirements.
• Administer the full contract lifecycle: pre-award, post-award, change orders, claims, and close-out.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC contractual procedures and UAE regulations.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier contracts for risk, accuracy, and alignment with project goals.
