We are looking for a Contracts & Compensation Specialist. This position is suitable for an individual who shows strong attention to detail, is highly motivated with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, and thrives in an environment that is constantly changing.
As a Contracts & Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of Canada Life’s contractual and licensing obligations with respect to the processing and administration of Advisors’ Contracts. You will also maintain contract related information for all Advisors for compensation purposes and provide a high level of customer service through accurate interpretation and communication.
