Position Description
The Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Supply Chain Excellence Center (EXCE) requires an experienced contracts and supply chain professional to support O&M projects and services globally, ensuring safe, compliant and value-optimized contracting outcomes. The position reports to the O&M SCM EXCE Senior Manager and is based in Madrid. High interaction with team members and business stakeholders is expected, including alignment across time zones depending on business unit requirements. Key activities include developing annual procurement plans, creating and executing category-specific contracting strategies, running competitive tenders, leading negotiations, and partnering with internal stakeholders across the full contract lifecycle from award to close-out.
