Job Description
Overview
- Accountable for all activities related to delivering a Technical Solution for the Infrastructure and application development Managed Services engagement.
- Responsible for delivering a marketable, profitable, and deliverable solution.
- Ensures the technical solution links to the cost case, proposal, and contract.
- Minimizes business risk by acting on issues, gaps, and items identified as high risk.
- Owns the technical Bid and Proposal budget for the engagement.
- Manages all aspects of the technical team's deployment and performance.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in engagement activities in a Technical Solution Manager role
- Experience with Kyndryl solutioning processes and related tools (SDM, Framework Blue)
- Ability to negotiate smoothly with client CIOs, infrastructure managers, and IT architects, as well as with our own engineers
