Contract Manager

Job Description:

• Inviting RFPs for commercial contracts from contractors / service providers for construction packages.

• Working on the contracting process from contract drafting to execution and post execution per projects requirements.

• Understanding the commercial & legal implication of contract clauses, redline changes, etc.

• Comparison of quotes wrt Rate analysis of construction activities.

• Pre- Negotiation with contractors / vendors.

• Finalization of contracts by discussions with internal & external stakeholders.

• Ensuring accurate & timely delivery of project deliverable.

• Preparation of Approval notes & Management approval

• Creating and keeping up-to-date project documentation and coordination with project head daily operation an reporting.
