Contract Manager – Transnet Contract
Fidelity Specialized Services (FSS)
Position Overview
The Contract Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and performance of the Fidelity Specialized Services (FSS) security operations deployed on the Transnet contract. The role ensures full contractual compliance, operational excellence, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery aligned with Transnet standards and Fidelity policies.
The Contract Manager is the primary point of contact between Transnet representatives and Fidelity management.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: National Critical Infrastructure Manager – Fidelity Specialized Services
- Direct reports: Site Managers, Supervisors, Tactical Commanders, Drone Pilots, K9 Handlers, Control Centre Operators.
