About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced Contracts Manager to lead the organization's contract management and commercial governance activities for major thermal power generation projects. This role is responsible for developing contract strategies, negotiating complex agreements, managing contractual risks, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the full contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in EPC/EPCM contracting, commercial negotiations, claims management, and contract administration within the power, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
