Contract Management Specilist - EMEA

Contract Management Specialist (CM) is a key member of AVEVA’s Contract Management team, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer and sales‑related contract documentation—from initial request through signature and archiving. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and supports parts of the EMEA region, working within UK time zone. It reports to the Legal Department but is not a legal professional role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing contracts related to sales activities, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered within required timelines.
• Ensure all contracts adhere to AVEVA’s contracting guidelines, policies, protocols and processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Legal and other cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
