Contract Bank Telesales Trainee Officer (Loan) at Rafflesplace, up to 3000

Job Descriptions:

• Engage in telesales efforts to promote loans to existing or new clients
• Cross selling of banking products & services
• Respond to customers' enquiries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers' needs.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Period:

• 6 months contract, may converted to 12 months (subject to renewal) if meet the standards (within or after 6 month)

Location:

• Raffles Place

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary:

• First 6 months: Basic $1,800/month + Monthly Allowance of $1,200, No Commission
• After 6 months: Basic $1,800/month + Commission, No Allowance
