Continuous Improvement Senior Engineer / Engineer

The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence across the plant. The role applies Lean, Six Sigma and other problem‑solving methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory while meeting the company’s quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

This role acts as a change agent, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve performance, reduce variations, eliminate waste and strengthen standard work processes.

• Apply Lean and CI tools such as Value Stream Map, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management and Lean Six Sigma across all departments.
• Identify and drive improvements in areas such as cycle time improvement, process flow, planning optimization & schedule compliance, equipment efficiency, inventory optimization and material flow efficiency.
