KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Primary Scope: 
As key member of the Site Leadership Team, effectively lead and facilitate the site continuous improvement activities and develop ongoing improvement opportunities as defined by the business and site stakeholders' requirements. He/she will also coordinate the sites strategic decision-making processes and:
Be the expert in Operational Excellence and contribute to APAC business.
Develop and maintain Operational Excellence tools.
