Job Description
Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
Knowledge of vision systems and poka-yokes (error-proofing).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, or process engineering.
Technical English / Intermediate-Advanced.
Technical Skills
Process Mapping / Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
CAD Design (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar)
