Contentious Probate Solicitor - Devon

We are seeking a contentious probate solicitor to join a successful contentious probate team within a regional heavyweight firm based in Kingsbridge.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least some experience in contentious probate, either as part of a broader litigation caseload or specializing in it. A minimum of 2 years' PQE is preferred.

Working directly with the head of litigation, your caseload will include will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, TOLATA, equitable claims, and disputes involving the Court of Protection.
