Responsibilities

Develop and contribute to the content strategy for the banking website.

Write, edit, and update website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, regulatory awareness, and consistency in tone and messaging.

Translate complex banking concepts into simple, user‑friendly language.

Align content with brand guidelines and messaging tone, UX and customer journey best practices, and SEO.

Collaborate with required stakeholders – marketing, product, compliance, legal stakeholders.

Ensure consistency between English and Arabic content.
