Content Writer (Client Delivery & Documentation)

Join MRI Software as a Content Writer and help transform how we produce, manage and deliver documentation and training materials across our Professional Services teams.

You’ll work closely with Consultants, Project Managers and subject matter experts to turn complex information into clear, engaging and professionally structured content that supports successful software delivery and improves client outcomes.

Using AI, automation and modern digital tools, you’ll help us create content that is faster to produce, easier to maintain and more effective for both delivery teams and clients.

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week.This role is based in the Cape Town office.
