Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead Creative Content and Campaigns professional to own the creative thinking, shooting and delivery of video-led content across the business .
The successful candidate will be responsible for spotting cultural and commercial moments, turning them into strong creative ideas, and leading those ideas from concept through to execution on set. You will think audience and objective first , then determine the right platforms, formats and distribution approach.
You will be hands-on during shoots, directing contributors, working closely with videographers and ensuring the final output delivers on the original idea. The ambition is to create campaign-led, long-lasting and award-worthy work
