Podcast Producer & Content Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Podcast Producer & Content Operations Manager to manage the end-to-end operations of a wellness and general-interest podcast.

This role combines content creation, guest management, production planning, and behind-the-scenes execution. You will act as the operational backbone of the podcast—ensuring smooth scheduling, strong guest experiences, and high-quality content development before, during, and after each shoot.

You will work closely with the host/creator to develop engaging episode ideas, research guests, write thoughtful interview questions, manage outreach and bookings, and assist during recording sessions.

The ideal candidate is both structured and creative, capable of handling logistics while also thinking like a content strategist.
