Job Description
Overview
Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit a Contact Centre Consultant to handle all inbound and outbound calls for the Western Cape Central Distribution Unit (WC CDU) customers.
Responsibilities
- Administration tasks completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Inbound and outbound calls handled professionally and with very strict confidentiality within SOP’s and SLA.
- Resolve calls logged by Facilities and patients within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
- Record calls logged by Facilities and patients onto the Query Log as per SLA.
- Investigate email queries, log and respond in a professional manner.
- Assist with any ad hoc task as required by Management or CDU operations.

- Ability to maintain policy guideline with in pressured situations
