We currently have a great opportunity available for 24x vibrant learners looking to cement their careers within the Contact Centre industry. A Learnership is a structured learning program for gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace, leading to a qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework. The duration of a Learnership is twelve months.

Skills and Experience In possession of a grade 12 certificate (not the statement of results). Valid learner’s/driver’s license. +1 year of work experience within the call centre industry or an interest in the industry. Not previously completed the same learnership.
