Job Description

Timely assurance of consumer service management when processing consumer complaints.

Role Description And Core Responsibilities

  • Processing all types of consumer complaints (feedback, product suggestions, complaints, criticism) in the ticket software Zendesk (main task)
  • Processing quality notifications, customer orders and spare parts deliveries in SAP
  • Ensuring professional handling of consumer inquiries by telephone
  • Monitoring the content of consumer complaints
  • Processing customer request mailings

Profile

  • Professional knowledge and experience
  • Business management training and at least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
  • Very good communication skills in English and German (language level C1)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP
  • Very structured way of working
