Job Description
Timely assurance of consumer service management when processing consumer complaints.
Role Description And Core Responsibilities
- Processing all types of consumer complaints (feedback, product suggestions, complaints, criticism) in the ticket software Zendesk (main task)
- Processing quality notifications, customer orders and spare parts deliveries in SAP
- Ensuring professional handling of consumer inquiries by telephone
- Monitoring the content of consumer complaints
- Processing customer request mailings
Profile
- Professional knowledge and experience
- Business management training and at least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
- Very good communication skills in English and German (language level C1)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP
- Very structured way of working
