Consulting Engineer – Oracle STP Managed Services

The role requires strong hands-on experience in SS7/SIGTRAN signaling, STP operations,

routing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, change execution, incident management,

customer support, KPI reporting, and operational governance. The candidate must ensure high-

quality service delivery, platform availability, SLA compliance, and professional support for

customer networks.

Position Summary

The position requires very good knowledge and hands-on skills in Oracle Communications STP /

EAGLE STP / vSTP, including SS7, SIGTRAN, MTP, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, GTT, linksets, routes,

screening, and signaling traffic management. The candidate should be capable of supporting

production operations, troubleshooting complex signaling issues, executing approved MOPs,

preparing RCA, and working with Oracle TAC / Engineering and customer teams.
