We are looking for an experienced and self‑motivated individual to provide comprehensive support to the Consultants in our Croydon Office, managing client relationships, submitting new business, policy servicing and Client Reviews.

Role and Responsibilities

• Establish and build relationships with clients and providers.
• Manage individual workflow tasks.
• Complete requests from Consultants & Paraplanners.
• Upload fact find information and client data to the client management system (Intelliflo).
• Update client fees and monitor consultant remuneration/ Cash Balance Monitoring.
• Obtain policy information and valuations for meeting prep/annual reviews.
• Process all new business and client correspondence, through to completion.
