About the Role:
We are recruiting for a permanent, full time Consultant Social Worker in our Family Help Team in Stratford District, who will specialise in child protection and court work.
We are looking for a highly experienced social worker who will work with less experienced social workers and family practitioners to direct and oversee case work ensuring all court preparation is clear, relevant, specific and timely. They will also hold allocated families of their own to work with.
Liaising with legal services, offering support and challenge to build confidence in those less experienced practitioners to ensure the best outcomes for our children, young people and families
