You collaborate closely with colleagues from Compensation & Benefits, HR, and cross‑functional partners to shape competitive and compliant equity solutions across regions. You translate business needs and market insights into robust program designs and ensure their consistent implementation globally. From rollouts to continuous enhancements, you align stakeholders, navigate regulatory requirements, and drive transparency across the share plans landscape. Through your expertise, you contribute to a modern and future‑ready equity governance framework.
