Job overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Consultant Reporting Radiographer to provide expert clinical leadership and deliver a high-quality, radiographer-led reporting service across Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. 

This senior role requires an autonomous practitioner who can independently interpret and report complex imaging, influence patient management, and contribute to improved diagnostic pathways, patient outcomes, and service performance. 

You will lead the strategic development of the reporting service, driving innovation, workforce transformation, and service improvement, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and governance. 

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will provide expert clinical decision-making, support education and training of radiographers, and contribute to research, audit, and national service development initiatives.
