Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assess and optimize business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT functions
- Develop and enhance policies, procedures, SOPs, governance frameworks, process maps, workflows, and RACI matrices
- Conduct As‑Is and To‑Be process assessments and design Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Align business processes with Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle E‑Business Suite workflows, controls, and approval hierarchies
- Support Oracle ERP implementation through process‑to‑system mapping and transformation initiatives
- Define user roles, approval workflows, and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses while ensuring audit‑ready documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, obtain approvals, and prepare executive presentations and governance reports
- Track project documentation, version control, and implementation progress
