Consultant Pediatric ICU Oman

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) to join a leading healthcare facility in Oman. The successful candidate will provide specialized critical care for infants, children, and adolescents with life‑threatening medical and surgical conditions. The role involves managing critically ill pediatric patients, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill pediatric patients admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage life‑threatening medical, surgical, neurological, respiratory, and infectious conditions in children
• Perform advanced pediatric resuscitation and stabilization in emergency situations
• Manage mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive medications, and other critical care therapies
