We are seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant with a strong educational background in Adult Education or Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of leadership consulting experience and will execute full-cycle facilitation including needs assessment and Workday Learning administration. A passion for developing others and maintaining a high-quality learning environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate workshops both virtually and in-person • Conduct learning needs assessment and gap analysis • Update and manage Workday Learning programs • Provide post-session support and ensure material access • Collaborate with the national team on L&D objectives
