About the Role Roles and Responsibilities Initiative Ownership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned BIO initiatives, including lead generation,
LIG, and worksite marketing programmes, to improve agent productivity and
activation. - Develop execution plans, milestones, operating models, and success metrics.
- Monitor delivery risks and proactively propose mitigations.
- Support in dentifying partnership opportunities and translate them into
practical, scalable initiatives across districts.
- Partner closely with Sales teams (SDOAs & BDMs) to achieve business
outcomes through district engagements, capability building, and programme
rollout - Enable and provide data and insights to improve agent activity and
productivity.
