Job Description

• Act as the Client's representative onboard offshore construction and installation vessels.
• Monitor offshore activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Witness and verify critical offshore operations, including: Transportation & Installation (T&I), SURF (Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) installation, Heavy lifting operations, Subsea installation campaigns and Pipeline and umbilical installation activities
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication between the Client, Contractor, vessel crew, subcontractors, and onshore project teams.
• Prepare and submit daily offshore progress reports and operational updates.
