Senior Site Superintendent Base Salary:
$145,000–155,000+ Variable/Bonus:
$14,000–15,000+ Reporting to:
General Superintendent / VP Construction Direct Reports:

30+ (Trades / End User Staff / Subcontractors / Internal Staff) Key Performance Indicators Safety Scheduling / Planning / On-time delivery Quality Risk analysis (predicting, assessing, and mitigating potential issues) Civil work Finishes Mandate Champion the Health & Safety program on site Plan, organize, lead, and evaluate all site activities from start to finish Identify and communicate potential risks before they impact the project Assess root causes of issues and build strategic attack plans Review and coordinate critical material delivery schedules Direct foremen and tradespeople in daily site activities Logistics Why New Role:
