Job Description

Construction Superintendent (Mech)
Job Purpose

The Construction Superintendent (Mechanical) will oversee and manage all mechanical construction activities for offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring execution in line with ADNOC standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and schedule commitments.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas major projects.

At least 8 years of offshore experience in oil & gas projects.

GCC experience is mandatory, preferably within ADNOC Group companies.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of offshore construction practices and mechanical systems.

Familiarity with ADNOC standards, specifications, and procedures.
