Lead Foreman/Superintendant Cascade Fence & Deck has been building custom fences, decks, and outdoor living spaces since 1997.

We've grown because we do what we say we're going to do, take care of our customers, and hire good people.

We're growing our Tumwater location and need another really solid person to help us continue building something we're proud of.

What You'll Be Doing Leading multiple field crews Keeping projects moving efficiently Maintaining quality standards on every job Communicating with customers throughout projects as needed Solving problems before they become bigger problems Training and developing crews Working closely with our project managers Helping make the company better as we grow -Some days you'll be planning. -Some days you'll be putting out fires. -Some days you'll be helping a crew get over a hurdle. -If you enjoy solving problems and helping people succeed, you'll probably enjoy this role.
