Construction Site Manager (Integrated Technology & Conventional)

SUMMARY:
Our client is a technology-enabled property developer and construction group. We are seeking a Site Manager who is equally skilled in conventional construction and advanced building technologies. This role requires a production-line mindset to deliver both single-story mass production and high-density blocks of flats. You will oversee the transition of proprietary manufactured components from our factory hub to onsite assembly, ensuring companies vertically integrated value chain operates at peak efficiency. Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: * Minimum 5–10 years of experience in residential construction.
• Proven track record in mass-production housing and high-density apartment blocks.
• Direct experience with advanced building technologies (EPS/Lightweight concrete/Modular) is highly advantageous. ...
