Technical Expertise – HVDC Construction
Demonstrates an understanding of HVDC converter station components, including valve halls, transformers, reactors, harmonic filters, GIS, cooling systems, and control buildings.
Interprets complex engineering drawings, specifications, and standards with accuracy.
Applies knowledge of IEC, EN, BS, and utility‑specific HVDC standards to ensure compliance across all construction activities.
Evaluates installation methods, tolerances, and construction sequencing to ensure technical integrity.2. Quality Management and Assurance
Develops and implements project quality plans, inspection and test plans, and quality control procedures.
Conducts audits of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, identifying non‑conformances and ensuring effective corrective actions.
