Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project planning and coordination, coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Execution and monitoring of site progress against schedule and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Attend to any resident feedback regarding the project matters
- Preparation monthly progress report update and attend monthly progress meetings with consultants and clients
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental requirements, enforce health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Other ah-hoc duties as assigned
