Position Summary
The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for data center projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents and quality standards. This role is critical to coordinating trades, managing site logistics, and maintaining strict safety and operational standards in a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage all day-to-day field operations on the data center construction site; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and commissioning agents; maintain site logistics plans, sequencing, and workflow efficiency; serve as the primary on-site point of contact for construction activities.
