Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Construction Project Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day procurement of materials, equipment, and services that support our construction projects from project kickoff through final close-out. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
Issue, track, and expedite purchase orders for structures, glazing, environmental control systems, irrigation components, benching, fasteners, and related construction materials
Verify quantities, pricing, lead times, delivery terms, and specifications against project requirements and approved budgets before issuing each purchase order
Solicit and compare vendor quotations for routine purchases and maintain accurate purchase order records, vendor confirmations, and shipping documentation
