Education:  BS Civil Engineer or DAE Civil 
Experience:  8-10 or 12-16 Years Experience 
Key Responsibilities Be able to work on MS Office 
Have in depth knowledge of construction management, execution and resource deployment & calculation 
Have executed Water Retaining Tanks project 
Labor management skills
